Welcome to Kootour Golf. By accessing our website or booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking and Payments
1.1 Reservation Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit is received and a confirmation email is issued by KooTour.
1.2 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 50% of the total tour price is due after 30 days. Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved online payment gateways. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your invoice.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
2.1 Cancellation by the Client
If you choose to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
60 – 90 days before departure: 25% of the total tour price
45 – 59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
Less than 45 days: No refund
2.2 Cancellation by Kootour
In rare circumstances, Kootour may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen events (e.g. natural disasters, political instability, insufficient group numbers). If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another tour.
3. Changes to Itinerary
Kootour reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or services (e.g. hotels, golf courses, transport) when necessary due to weather, availability, or other logistical factors. We will make every effort to maintain the quality and value of the tour.
4. Travel Requirements
4.1 Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date and to obtain any necessary visas or travel permits.
4.2 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and COVID-related disruptions.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kootour is not liable for:
Personal injury, illness, or death
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control
Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, golf courses, or hotels
While we work with trusted partners, we act only as an agent for third-party service providers and cannot guarantee their performance.
6. Use of Website
6.1 Intellectual Property
All content on the Kootour website (text, images, logos, layouts) is the property of KooTour or its content providers and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
6.2 User Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes, or to interfere with its operation or security.
7. Privacy
We value your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined therein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of BC, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
