The journey begins in Vancouver and follows the legendary Sea to Sky Highway, widely regarded as one of the most scenic coastal drives in the world, toward Whistler – host of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Along the way, dramatic cliffs and deep blue ocean views unfold before arriving in the alpine village, where guests settle into the castle-like Fairmont resort. Surrounded by mountains, the opening rounds of golf begin in an environment where landscape and challenge come together in perfect balance. Whistler’s courses are among the most visually striking in Canada’s golf landscape.

From there, the journey crosses the Strait of Georgia by ferry to Vancouver Island. The voyage itself is part of the experience, offering sweeping coastal views and, with a bit of luck, the chance to spot whales surfacing in the distance. Upon arrival in Victoria, British Columbia’s charming capital, British heritage blends seamlessly with West Coast natural beauty. Iconic attractions such as the Butchart Gardens, the scenic harbourfront, and historic architecture provide elegant moments of discovery beyond the fairways.

Golf in the Victoria region features the renowned Bear Mountain Resort, home to two distinctive championship courses ranked among Canada’s Top 100. Each offers a unique character—one shaped by mountain terrain, the other by dramatic valleys—delivering variety, strategic design, and memorable views across every round.

The final stage of the journey returns to the Vancouver region, where several classic courses that have hosted PGA Tour events showcase the strength of golf in British Columbia. One of the highlights is Furry Creek Golf Club, spectacularly positioned along the Sea to Sky corridor with fairways stretching toward the Pacific coastline. Its iconic oceanfront holes provide one of the most photogenic moments of the entire trip.

Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Vancouver | Transfer to Whistler

Upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport, your guide will greet you and transfer you to Whistler, host of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. The scenic drive takes approximately 2.5 hours along the famous Sea to Sky Highway, widely considered one of the most beautiful coastal routes in the world. Along the way, dramatic cliffs rise above the deep blue waters of the Pacific Ocean, offering spectacular views throughout the journey.

Accommodation: Fairmont Chateau Whistler or similar 5-star resort

Day 2 – Golf at Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf

Enjoy your first round at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, one of Canada’s Top 100 golf courses. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the course is set dramatically in the mountain landscape of Whistler and offers both challenge and breathtaking scenery.

Day 3 – Golf at Nicklaus North Golf Course

Play a round at Nicklaus North Golf Course, another Top 100 course in Canada designed by Jack Nicklaus. With views of glaciers, lakes, and surrounding mountains, the course is known for its pristine layout and unforgettable alpine setting.

Day 4 – Ferry to Vancouver Island | Victoria Sightseeing

After breakfast, depart Whistler and travel to Horseshoe Bay in North Vancouver to board a ferry to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. The ferry crossing takes approximately two hours and offers beautiful views across the Strait of Georgia. With a bit of luck, you may even spot whales along the journey.

Continue by coach to Victoria, the capital of British Columbia. Along the way visit the charming Mural Town of Chemainus, followed by a visit to the world-famous Butchart Gardens.

Day 5 – Golf at Bear Mountain – Mountain Course

Play the Mountain Course at Bear Mountain Golf Resort, ranked among Canada’s Top 100 golf courses. Designed by Jack Nicklaus and Steve Nicklaus, this course offers dramatic elevation changes and panoramic mountain views.

Day 6 – Golf at Bear Mountain – Valley Course

Today you will play the Valley Course at Bear Mountain, a beautifully designed layout that contrasts the Mountain Course with lush valleys and strategic play.

Day 7 – Victoria Sightseeing | Return to Vancouver

Check out in the morning and enjoy a half-day exploration of Victoria, visiting highlights such as the Inner Harbour, British Columbia Parliament Buildings, Oak Bay, the Mile 0 marker of the Trans-Canada Highway, and the historic campus of Royal Roads University.

In the afternoon, board the ferry back to Vancouver and check in at the Versante Hotel (5-star) or similar.

Day 8 – Golf at Northview Golf & Country Club – Ridge Course

Play at Northview Golf & Country Club (Ridge Course), host of the former PGA Tour Air Canada Championship. This championship course is widely regarded as one of the finest tournament venues in Canada.

Day 9 – Golf at Morgan Creek Golf Course

Enjoy a round at Morgan Creek Golf Course, a beautiful championship course located in Surrey that has hosted several PGA events in Canada.

Day 10 – Golf at Furry Creek Golf & Country Club

Play at Furry Creek Golf Club, considered one of the most scenic golf courses in British Columbia. Located along the Sea to Sky Highway, the course features spectacular ocean views, with its iconic 14th hole overlooking the coastline.

Day 11 – Vancouver Sightseeing

Enjoy a full day exploring Vancouver, one of Canada’s most vibrant cities. Highlights may include Stanley Park, Grouse Mountain, and other famous attractions around the city.

Day 12 – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to Vancouver International Airport for your departure flight.
